How can I report a missed pickup?

If you experience an MPU(Missed PickUp), please provide an accurate date of MPU and detailed descriptions of it by sending an email to support@haulla.com

Once we confirm the issue, our customer service team at Haulla will guide you through the process of either recovery pick up or credit.
